Christine joined Genpact in September 2016 with over 30 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service and end to end Supply Chain functions. She has worked for large retail companies, high tech, telecommunications and manufacturing companies. She has established global organizations in Order Management and Customer Service including Call Centers, Customer Service Centers, and Customer Experience teams.

As the Corp Mgr of Customer Service, Titia is leading a team within the Supply Chain of Customer Loyalty Representatives who increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through ongoing commitment to quality improvement in processes, products, and services. She is a liaison between internal and external customers to ensure a focus on value creation, customer needs, and long term profitability through the extended process that is mutually beneficial to TAMKO’s customers, suppliers, employees, and shareholders. Titia has over 33 years of customer service management experience.

As the BTS - Sales and Operations Services Manager, Raj is leading a team of Functional Analysts covering Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Plant Maintenance areas. He is the liaison between business and IT to ensure business requirements are discovered and strategic solutions are implemented keeping in line with TAMKO's vision and goals. Raj has over 20 years’ experience IT managing SAP and other enterprise class applications including software development. He holds MBA, PhD degrees in Business, is certified in Six Sigma and TOGAF Enterprise Architecture.

As Senior Sales Engineer at Esker, Howie Hahn primarily focuses on accounts payable and order management automation demos and discussions with users running SAP systems. While maintaining three SAP servers, Howie trains sales engineers and sales staff on SAP infrastructure, business processes and Esker products. Howie is also a leader in Change Management at Esker.

As Esker's Customer Experience Manager, Joe is leading a team that applies CX principles to all customer journey touch points within the organization. He has agile project management experience designing, managing, implementing, and supporting document workflow processes and integrating them with ERP’s.
