Now an independent consultant, Christine Pfefferle is the former VP of Global Order Management for Genpact, a major consulting firm leading the service line for order management. With a background leading teams in customer experience and end-to-end supply chain functions for companies of all sizes and industries, Christine has been instrumental in driving transformation initiatives in the order management, supply chain and customer service domains. Her strong operational background has helped companies operationalize best practices and tools across a multitude of clients. 

Ron Gothelf

Ron is a Managing Director in the Grant Thornton Finance Transformation Practice leading the U.S. Finance Transformation Capability and Financial Management Advisory in the Midwest. He has more than 20 years of domestic and international experience leading Finance Transformations of all sizes across multiple industries. Ron’s projects have resulted in: greater business insight, faster information, increased revenue, right sized functions, lower operating costs, and regulatory compliance. Ron has experience in Portfolio Management, Program and Project Management, Process Reengineering, Finance Operations, Change Management, Benchmarking, Data Governance, Testing, Software Selection and Organizational Design.

As an Invoice to Cash Principal for Esker along with 15+ years of experience in manufacturing and distribution, Aaron’s background is in process improvement throughout the Order-to-Cash cycle. Aaron has a passion for serving those looking to move beyond the status quo in order to retain and grow their business. Outside of work you will find Aaron chasing his 3 young kids, or training for local CrossFit events.

Nick Carpenter

Nick Carpenter is a Business Development Manager on Esker’s Order-to-Cash team. He has been with Esker since 2016, bringing with him a B.B.A from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University and experience in the 3PL/logistics world. Throughout his career at Esker, Nick has worked with leaders in supply chain, customer service and customer operations to speed up the order-to-cash cycle for businesses by automating their manual back-office processes.
