Now an independent consultant, Christine Pfefferle is the former VP of Global Order Management for Genpact, a major consulting firm leading the service line for order management. With a background leading teams in customer experience and end-to-end supply chain functions for companies of all sizes and industries, Christine has been instrumental in driving transformation initiatives in the order management, supply chain and customer service domains. Her strong operational background has helped companies operationalize best practices and tools across a multitude of clients. 

Staci Cima

Huttig Building Products

Staci Cima has worked in the accounting and finance industry for over 20 years, with the past 12 focusing on credit and collections. Before being promoted to her current role as Director of Credit, Staci was the Corporate Credit Manager at Huttig Building Products. Her experience is emphasized by process improvement and project experience in bringing in technology to help her companies automate the order-to-cash process. Staci earned her CCE accreditation in 2015 and has been a member of the NACM Connect Advisory board. As a member of the NACM Gateway Advisory committee, she’s served as Chairperson, and was selected for the NACM Missouri 2018 Credit Excellence award. 

Ron Gothelf

Ron is a Managing Director in the Grant Thornton Finance Transformation Practice leading the U.S. Finance Transformation Capability and Financial Management Advisory in the Midwest. He has more than 20 years of domestic and international experience leading Finance Transformations of all sizes across multiple industries. Ron’s projects have resulted in: greater business insight, faster information, increased revenue, right sized functions, lower operating costs, and regulatory compliance. Ron has experience in Portfolio Management, Program and Project Management, Process Reengineering, Finance Operations, Change Management, Benchmarking, Data Governance, Testing, Software Selection and Organizational Design.

Patrick is an accomplished professional with 13+ years of experience with Strategic Finance Transformation Initiatives focused on large-scale ERP software selections, end-to-end system implementations, business process re-engineering, chart of accounts redesign and business process outsourcing delivery. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Patrick was responsible for client delivery and business development at a multi-national consulting organization, where he managed Finance Transformation engagements at several Fortune 500 clients with a specialization in Financial Accounting, Reporting & Operations

Jared is a dedicated consultant with over five years of public accounting and consulting experience. Currently a Manager in Grant Thornton’s Finance Transformation practice, Jared has delivered complex transformational initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies across various industries. Jared has experience leading several projects including target operating model design, cost allocation development, business process re-engineering, and financial close optimization assessments. 

Nick Carpenter


Nick Carpenter is a Business Development Manager on Esker’s Order-to-Cash team. He has been with Esker since 2016, bringing with him a B.B.A from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University and experience in the 3PL/logistics world. Throughout his career at Esker, Nick has worked with leaders in supply chain, customer service and customer operations to speed up the order-to-cash cycle for businesses by automating their manual back-office processes.

Aaron LeHew


As an Invoice to Cash Principal for Esker along with 15+ years of experience in manufacturing and distribution, Aaron’s background is in process improvement throughout the Order-to-Cash cycle. Aaron has a passion for serving those looking to move beyond the status quo in order to retain and grow their business. Outside of work you will find Aaron chasing his 3 young kids, or training for local CrossFit events.
